Holiday Shores Resort Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice. After a reservation is made and has been confirmed with a deposit, your rate is guaranteed. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is made.

Rates do not include daily maid service. Towel exchange is available for $15.00. If you are staying a week and would like a mid-week cleaning, the fee is $40.00. Mid-week cleaning is optional.

Rates are based upon a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. There are no discounts for fewer guests. No more than 8 guests per cottage please.

We are sorry that we do not have accommodations for your pets.

A security deposit of $200.00 is required by credit card at check in.

Two night minimum on all stays. The holidays of Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day require a three night minimum.

Rates are subject to tax (10.475%). Rates do not include a boat slip. Boat slips rent for $10.00 per day or $60.00 per week. Boat slips are covered and electric. Free boat launch for boats under 27 feet in length. Boats longer than 27 feet must be launched at the state park (3 miles from resort).

At the time the reservation is made, a deposit is required by Mastercard or Visa. This deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received prior to 30 days will receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee per cottage. Reservations for week long stays require a deposit of $500.00. All other reservations require a deposit of $250.00.
